Photos from May Day in Downtown Seattle
This year's May Day in Seattle held a very contentious gathering of die-hard Trump supporters who were met by radical left-wingers. Police were deployed and ready to handle the worst, yet only a few arrests were made during the rally as very little turned physical. What felt like a powder keg ready to ignite ended with the two extremist groups lighting up a joint and sharing it peacefully. Oh — and if anyone knows of the asshole with the laser pointer who was shining it in a counter-protester's eye, smack him upside the head, please. Photography by Anthony Allison.
